1. After the dust removal equipment is put into operation, special personnel should be appointed to handle the repairs and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.
2. Always keep the body of the dust collector clean, and the damaged parts of the paint should be repaired in time, at least once every two years.
3. It is forbidden to accumulate combustibles around the filter cartridge dust collector, and the indoor ventilation is in good condition.
4. Check the debris and water in the air processor.
5. The management of the shutdown, start-up and shutdown process of the dust collector must be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
6. When the dust collector is working normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise, the dust hopper will soon be full of dust and overflow into the bag room, forcing the dust collector to stop working.
7. If the electromagnetic pulse valve fails, it should be eliminated in time. If there are impurities and moisture inside, it should be cleaned. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
8. If the equipment is used on a boiler, the fuel must be kept clean and cannot be mixed with garbage for combustion.
9. When shutting down, after the process system stops, the dust collector and exhaust fan should continue to work for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the dust equipment. It should be noted that when the dust collector stops working, the dust collector should be cleaned repeatedly (It can be cleaned manually), remove the dust on the dust filter bag to prevent the bag from being affected by moisture.
Factories and enterprises do a good job in the maintenance of the bag filter, which can prolong the service life of the bag filter, reduce the time for the company to maintain the filter, and save money for the company.
